structureHaus adopted Rapport3 as their project management software solution in 2021 to streamline their projects and to manage their emails effortlessly. 
structureHaus is a firm of consulting civil and structural engineers with offices in London, Exeter, and Basingstoke in the United Kingdom. They are a young, dynamic company that was created via the merging of award-winning chartered civil, structural, and surveyors. They have offices in Essex, Stuttgart, and Singapore, and they are able to take on a very varied range of projects, from modest household improvements to large-scale, multi-million-dollar commercial developments across the UK and beyond. 
structureHaus chose to take on Rapport3’s Job Costing and QA (Quality Assurance) modules. Rapport3’s QA module is designed to improve quality assurance and boosts the visibility of projects. In addition, the Job Costing module helps transform structurehuas’ job costing method.  

Shortly after becoming a Rapport3 client, structurehaus adopted Gekko email management to ensure they could manage emails across multiple projects. Before structureHaus adopted Rapport3, working collaboratively across teams was difficult. However, this has changed dramatically for their team after implementing Rapport3 as their project management software solution.  

structureHaus had some issues before joining us as a client. According to their spokesperson Ashleigh, they are very satisfied with the help they received from our customer experience team. Our team at Rapport3 are client oriented always ensuring clients achieve the most out of Rapport3.

Rapport3 allows clients to work across projects and office locations at the same time to achieve success across a range of projects. structureHaus representative Ashleigh stressed that this is a feature that they benefit from.  
“We work on lots of different projects and Gekko automatically files across those projects into the folders which is very convenient and useful for us”.

Ashleigh continued “When you go to the metrics on Rapport3, financial details of projects are immediately available. It is a lot easier to manage costs on a project with using Rapport3. Planning your time on a project and being able to go back and see details have been beneficial for our company.”

“Gekko was presented to us as an add on to Rapport3. It is transferrable with Rapport3. It does not need any management to use Gekko as it takes over from Rapport3. We work collaboratively and Gekko makes it possible for us to share our project ideas and drawings effortlessly. It helps us make sure we all have the same information. It is also much easier to reach historic information from the past emails. It is very convenient in showing past data.”  
After the Covid-19 pandemic, working from home has become more common. This has created some issues within the AEC industry. Working collaboratively can get more time consuming when the employees work from home. However, Gekko makes collaborative work increasingly streamlined and effortless.  

“Working collaboratively on projects and being able to access more information helped us a lot to grow as a company. Gekko also gives us more security as we have two places where our emails are stored in. Filing system streamlines our work processes as we do not have to ask people to send drawings and projects manually. Everything can be easily managed and maintained through Gekko”. 

“Remote working also has become much easier after adopting Gekko. When we do not work in office, it may become time consuming to ask people for drawings but with using Gekko, that is not an issue.”
